Returns and Exchanges Policy

At ENVE EU, we are committed to ensuring your performance gear meets your expectations; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused products within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your ENVE EU account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the unused items in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery marks.

Receive Your Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment at our EU warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
